Tommy was very excited to turn 4. I was not that excited because it meant that I needed to buy Tommy a birthday present. Tommy is harder to shop for than his father, nearly impossible. Well, we managed to find some things that we think he likes.
Tommy chose to have his birthday dinner at arctic circle. They are known for a delicious courtesy cone.
We bought fireworks during the 4th weekend to save for Tommy's birthday. Two days after the fourth of July I heard that ALL fireworks were illegal. We were nervous the whole night thinking the neighbors were going to call the police on us. No police that night, but we upset a few dogs that barked for a while after.
What better way to end the night that to eat a piece of delicious spongebob cake! I think all around it was a happy birthday for Tommy!

We are sorry to have missed the party - I don't think I could eat Sponge Bob cake though, but Grandpa would have.
